Our privacy notice

Last updated 13 October 2026.

CollabSeason uses Shopify to provide this website, customer accounts and checkout. This notice explains how we use information when you browse, buy membership, apply for a collab or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, use our Contact page, or the email address on our Company information page.

Information we use

We use contact and account information, membership and payment status, order information and messages you send us. Shopify and payment providers process payment details securely. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Creator applications include your name, email, main platform and handle, follower count, country, pitch and the collab you apply to. Brand briefs include the brand, website, contact name, email, content requirements, budget, countries and timing.

Shopify collects device and usage information, such as IP address, browser information and interactions with the website, using cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

We use information to provide your membership, manage accounts and orders, process applications and briefs, respond to you, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. We rely on our contract with you, legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, as applicable. Where consent is required, we ask for it.

Applications and brands

When you apply through our form, we pass your application details to the brand you apply to. The brand may contact you and uses your details under its own privacy notice. When you apply on a brand’s website, you provide information directly to that brand.

Service providers and Shopify

We share information with Shopify and providers that help us operate the service, process payments and handle support. Cloudflare routes email to our project Gmail mailbox. Google processes messages sent to that mailbox. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to meet legal duties or protect legal rights.

Shopify hosts the service and processes information about your use of it. Enabled Shopify enhanced features may use information from interactions with our store alongside other Shopify interactions. Shopify is responsible for that processing. See Shopify’s consumer privacy notice and privacy portal at privacy.shopify.com for further information and choices.

Member links

When member links are enabled, Cloudflare will process a member code, collab code and the time you open a link. We use these records to enforce the limit of 30 opens over the last 24 hours and protect member access. Codes do not contain your email address. Link logs are kept for up to 30 days. To request their erasure, use our Contact page, or the email address on our Company information page.

Cookies and choices

We use Shopify’s customer privacy banner and add no separate tracking scripts. See our Cookies notice. Where applicable, you can choose cookie settings and use Shopify’s data-sharing opt-out page.

Security, retention and transfers

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. We use appropriate safeguards, but no system can guarantee complete security. Providers may process information in other countries; applicable safeguards are used where required.

Delete your account

To delete your CollabSeason account, use our Contact page, or the email address on our Company information page. We will verify your request and request erasure of your personal data in Shopify. Some order information may remain where needed to meet legal duties. This is separate from your Shop or Shop Pay account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, or restrict or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law requires. To make a request, use our Contact page, or the email address on our Company information page.

You can complain to your local data protection authority. UK residents can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Changes

We may update this notice and will give notice where the law requires. We will update the date on this page.
