Acceptable use

How members may use CollabSeason and the Members Hub.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Use CollabSeason only with information you have permission to use. Do not use the site to harm people, break the law or interfere with the service.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to your use of CollabSeason, including your account, member access, collab listings and applications. Contact us using the form on our Contact page.

Read this policy with our Terms. It describes misuse rules.

2. Use information lawfully

Respect copyright, confidentiality, privacy and other people's rights. Use the collab listings only to apply for collabs yourself.

  • Do not copy, share, scrape, distribute or resell the collabs list or other member-only information.
  • Provide accurate information in your account and applications. Do not submit misleading applications or pretend to be someone else.
  • Do not use another person's content or personal information without authority.
  • Do not use the site to harass, threaten, exploit or unlawfully discriminate against another person.

Nothing in this policy stops lawful whistleblowing, reporting a crime, seeking legal advice or exercising a protected right.

3. Protect the service

Use your own account and keep it secure. Do not share or sell your account, member links or access to the service. Do not access another person's account without permission.

Do not introduce malware, steal sign-in details, exploit a vulnerability to harm someone, or interfere with availability. Do not bypass membership access controls or use automated requests in a way that disrupts the site or other members' access.

4. Applications and brand contact

Be honest in applications and respectful when contacting brands. Do not send misleading messages, harass a brand or use information from the service to threaten or abuse anyone.

When you follow a brand's application link, its terms and privacy notice apply. Brands decide who they pick. Membership does not guarantee a collab, acceptance, payment or income.

5. What happens if there is a problem

If we reasonably believe these rules have been broken, we may ask you to stop the activity, restrict access or close your account. We will choose a response that matches the seriousness and risk. Where safe and lawful, we will give a reason and an opportunity to correct the problem. We may act immediately where needed to protect people, security or legal compliance.

Refunds, paid access and legal rights are governed by our Terms and Subscriptions and refunds policy. A report alone does not establish that a breach occurred.

6. Reports and reviews

Use the form on our Contact page to report misuse or request a review of a restriction. Explain what happened and include a relevant account or order reference if available. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full payment card details or unnecessary personal information.

A responsible security report is not treated as misuse merely because it describes a weakness. Do not access another person's data.
