Contact CollabSeason for help with your membership, your account or a complaint. You can still use the rights and complaint routes available under your country's law.

1. Our contact details

CollabSeason operates collabseason.com. Contact us in writing using the details below.

  • Membership, account help, problems and complaints: use the form on our Contact page.
  • Privacy questions and requests: use the form on our Contact page and choose Something else.
  • Brand briefs and enquiries: use the Enquire form on our Join page.

2. Membership and account help

Contact support about using your membership, signing in, applying for a collab or information that appears incorrect.

Include the page you were using, the device and browser, a description of the problem and any error message. If relevant, include your account email and order reference. Do not include a password, a sign-in or authenticator code, an authenticator seed, a backup code, a full payment card number or unnecessary personal information. We do not need those account secrets to provide support.

3. Payments, renewal and refunds

Payments are taken by Shopify Payments. Your order and account show your plan and payment details. For payment or membership help, use the form on our Contact page.

You can cancel renewal in your account at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access lasts until the end of your paid period. If you cannot use your account, contact support for help.

We do not provide refunds except where the law requires. Nothing in this page removes statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. See our Subscriptions and refunds policy. Do not wait for a complaint response if a legal deadline is approaching.

4. How to make a complaint

Use the form on our Contact page. Tell us what happened, when it happened, any relevant order or account reference, and the outcome you seek.

We use the information you send to review and respond to your complaint. If we need more information, we will ask for it. We will explain our response and any next steps. If you disagree with the response, ask us to review it.

5. Independent dispute resolution

Our complaint process does not stop you from using any independent complaint or dispute route available under applicable law. It does not stop a legal deadline or require you to waive a remedy.

6. Other concerns and your rights

For personal data concerns, use the form on our Contact page and choose Something else. See our Privacy notice. For access barriers, see our Accessibility statement or contact support.

You may contact your local consumer protection authority, privacy authority, advice service or court where you have that right. Our complaint process is optional unless applicable law requires otherwise.
