Accessibility
How we make CollabSeason work for everyone.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This page explains how to get help if you cannot use CollabSeason because of an accessibility barrier.
1. Who this statement covers
This statement covers collabseason.com, including our Shopify theme pages, membership pages and application forms.
Shopify provides customer accounts and checkout. Contact us if a barrier in those parts of the service prevents you from using your membership.
2. Current accessibility information
This statement does not claim an independent accessibility assessment or conformance with a particular standard. Using a Shopify theme does not by itself show that the complete site meets an accessibility standard.
3. Barriers and planned work
Contact us about any barrier you encounter. Tell us the affected page and what you wanted to do. We will consider available alternatives and any correction needed. We do not promise a correction date before assessing the problem.
4. Collab details and forms
If you need help understanding collab details or an application step, tell us what would help. If the problem happens after following a brand's application link, include the page address and explain which step caused the problem.
5. Ask for help or report a barrier
Use the form on our Contact page. Tell us which page you were using, what you wanted to do, and what went wrong. If you can, include the browser, device and assistive technology you used. You do not have to disclose a medical diagnosis.
Tell us the format or adjustment that would help you. For example, you can ask for an explanation in a different format or help completing a step. We will consider reasonable adjustments. Where the law requires an adjustment, we will not charge you for it.
Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, full payment card details or unnecessary personal information. Information you send to support is covered by our Privacy notice.
6. Accessibility and your rights
Your legal rights are not affected by this statement. It does not replace any accessibility rights or duties that apply where you live.
7. If we do not resolve your concern
Use our Contact and complaints page or the form on our Contact page. State that your complaint concerns accessibility and explain the help you need.
Your complaint does not restrict any right to use a court, regulator or other lawful complaint route.
