2. Our service

CollabSeason is a paid membership for creators. Members can see brand names, full collab details and how to apply in Members Hub. We show paid, gifted and affiliate opportunities.

Brands decide who they pick. Membership does not guarantee a collab, acceptance, payment or income.

Our Terms explain the use of the service. Our Privacy notice explains how information is handled.

3. Who handles a paid purchase

Your membership purchase is with CollabSeason. Payments are taken by Shopify Payments. Shopify provides our website, customer accounts and checkout.

Your order and account show your plan and payment details. For payment help, use the support email above. Our Subscriptions and refunds policy explains cancellation, refunds and how to get help.
