Subscriptions and refunds

Your membership

Monthly membership is £14.99 GBP, $19.99 USD or €19.99 EUR. Yearly membership is £99.99 GBP, $125 USD or €125 EUR. These are fixed market prices. The monthly intro offer is £7.99 GBP, $9.99 USD or €9.99 EUR for the first 3 monthly payments, followed by the full monthly price. The intro offer is available once per account. GBP and EUR prices include VAT. USD prices are before sales tax.

Monthly and yearly membership renew automatically until you cancel. Payment is taken at the start of each paid period. Your order and account show your plan and payment details.

Intro offer

The intro offer applies to the first 3 monthly payments only, once per account. It does not apply to yearly membership. After the third monthly payment, the full monthly price applies.

Cancel any time

You can cancel through your Shopify customer account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access lasts until the end of the paid period. To get help, use our Contact page.

Refunds and legal rights

We do not provide refunds except where the law requires. Nothing in this policy removes statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. If a refund or remedy is required by law, we will provide it.

Payments and messages

If payment fails, membership access is suspended and you may need to update your payment details in your account. Receipts and service messages are sent through Shopify. We do not send renewal reminder emails; notices required by law may still be sent.

Collabs

Brands decide who they pick. Membership does not guarantee any collab, acceptance, payment or income.
